Porcelain Doll Makeup – Demi Lovato’s Fair Skin and Coral Lips
Former Disney Channel star Demi Lovato stunned the crowd at a Barnes & Noble Seventeen Magazine signing where she looked super cute sporting flawless porcelain doll inspired makeup. Her soft complexion blended perfectly with her long red locks. Lovato brought the whole look together wearing a sheer white maxi dress topped with a black lace cardigan. The porcelain doll effect is all about keeping your skin looking natural. Fair skin is best to achieve the doll like look.
Her soft complexion was enhanced to perfection with HD concealer and powder and her cheeks were given a doll-like flush in a burnt peachy colored blush. Demi’s fresh makeup look accentuated the lips through a vividly colored coral lipstick, which looked great with her red hair and helped freshen up her appearance instantly. To balance the look the eye makeup was kept to a minimum with just a soft beige-brown colored eyeshadow and black mascara.
Porcelain Doll Makeup for Red Hair How To:
- Put on some lotion on your face. Brush a light colored loose powder, or powder-based foundation over your face. Make sure your skin tone is even and slightly paler than before.
- Apply some powder on your lips to make them about your skin tone. If they’re not quite as pale, than that’s fine. But make them not as pink as before.
- Take some very light pink blush and apply it just barely under the cheek bone in the shape of a circle.
- Apply a thin, thin line of black eyeliner on your upper lash line. The closest to your lashes the better. Do not put any eyeliner to the side of your eyes, and try to avoid adding eyeliner near the inside corner of your eye. In the inside corner add some white eyeliner on the inside corner of the eye.
- Do the lips with with a coral lip color like Demi’s.
- Finish up. Now you’re done! Just apply mascara to your upper eyelashes and you’re doll-like.
